Delverde Pappardelle Nests

Made in the Majella National Park in Abruzzo, Italy. Produced with pure, natural spring water. Slowly dried the old fashioned way. This pasta is a flat, thin noodle, measuring 1 1/8 inch wide with straight edges. Pappardelle is often served with meat/game sauces but it also goes great with cream sauces such as alfredo or even a simple marinara sauce.
