Zicaffe Crema in Tazza (Rosted Espresso Coffee Beans)
Product Description
This espresso coffee is processed in the historic town of Marsala, Sicily; which is also known for its cultivation of the grapes used in the famous Marsala wine. The roasting and blending of this wonderful espresso, is a two-phase process. The roasting is done by blowing hot air (400 C), which keep the coffee beans suspended in mid air while it is being roasted. Using this method helps avoid the burning of the coffee beans by not using direct flames. The cooling then takes place by exposing the coffee beans to forced cool air. The final product is a delicious and excellent espresso, which is widely used in coffee shops all over Italy.
